Position 
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organized self-starter to join our PeopleOps team & help us expand & manage remote operations across our European hubs (BY, PL, UA). PeopleOps Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day support of our relocation operations, benefits administrations, and employee onboarding in the new locations, while maintaining our office facilities in Minsk. The Coordinator will be a part of our global PeopleOps team with the focus on BY specific processes and will have an opportunity to contribute to global PeopleOps initiatives and grow to People Business Partner. 

Key Responsibilities
        Maintain internal HR systems for new hires, exits, & changes  
        Manage immigration processes & documentation for employees to ensure that they are aligned to local labor laws 
        Initial point of contact on immigration matters, work with employees to provide information on offered programs - active coordination between employees & managers  
        Responsible for benefits administration for Minsk employees. Provide up-to-date information on all benefits offer by the company, such as: medical insurance, language classes, therapist) & serve as the point person to assist employees with all benefit related matters, in their location 
        Work closely with IT department on IT office equipment, office booking system 
        Assist in developing company policies & procedures in cooperation with PeopleOps 
        Own budget coordination & execution of employee events & appreciation gifts for holidays & anniversaries, corporate gifts & merchandise production 
        Observing, reviewing & analyzing processes in their area of responsibility to identify inefficiencies & suggest where improvements could be made 
        Involved in facility services by ensuring office operations are organized & facilities are maintained 
        Maintenance of the office through existing vendors, service providers & office lease 
  
Qualifications/Experience
        Experience in HR, travel/office management or relevant administrative role is a plus; 
        Can-do attitude & eager interest in development in PeopleOps domain is a must 
        Excellent time management skills & ability to multi-task & prioritize work 
        Excellent verbal & written communication skills 
        Upper-Intermediate level of English 
        Strong people-service skills 
        Ability to manage high volumes of information 
        Proficiency in MS Office 
        Creative problem solver with attention to detail 
        Experience in high growth company a plus 
        Basic knowledge of labor laws
