As Technology Lead youll be tasked with delivering on fast paced, creative, campaign centric projects. Youll put your knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery & JavaScript to architect accessible, scalable, & performant web experiences. Youll collaborate closely with Project Delivery, Creative, QA & DevOps team members through each iteration of work, helping to push your project to the finish line. Previous leadership experience will be key to guiding & mentoring a small team of more junior developers through day-to-day problems, as well as ensuring a high quality of work.

This position can be done remotely depending on location, within Canada & the US.

You will:

• Work with the Technology Director on strategic initiatives & campaign work
• Architect the technical solution designs for development & provide developer estimates
• Oversee the development process, ensure appropriate project standards are being followed & lead code reviews
• Provide hands-on development support to project team where necessary
• Collaborate iteratively with the Creative team, creating & adjusting prototypes accordingly
• Provide mentorship for the development team

You have:

• 2+ years experience as a Tech Lead or in a comparable technology leadership role
• Strong fundamental & practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery & JavaScript
• Experience managing or leading a team
• A strong problem-solving, detail-oriented approach
• Experience collaborating with Creative team members
• Experience managing development & delivery of commercial websites
• Familiarity with website operations on a high traffic website
• Exposure to CI/CD tools & development pipelines
• Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools - JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence, etc
• Experience with enterprise-grade content management platforms such Adobe Experience Manager or Sitecore is a "nice to have" skill
• Experience working in a multi-tenanted architecture is "nice to have"
