We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Confluent People Team! This role will report to the Senior Director, Global People Operations & HRIS. The ideal candidate will have expertise in several relevant areas of HR & be excited about jumping in, rolling up their sleeves, & adding immediate value to an integral team at a fast-growing tech company! This position is based in the US & works in a team environment to support Confluent employees & managers across the US, while collaborating with our International People Operations team & our HR Informations Systems team managers.
