Who you are

You are experienced & efficient with cleaning & analyzing complex data sets, not just to extract the business insights that are obvious, but also to identify opportunities that can be leveraged across the organization. You instill trust by being as accurate as possible when manipulating various data sources (Clickstream, Google Analytics, etc.) & being comfortable communicating your findings to various stakeholders. You are also excited about building amazing consumer experiences powered by your data work. 

What the role is

This is Lantern's first Product Analyst, who'll wield data as their guide to setting a foundation for data literacy & decision making across an early stage startup. Through the lens of growth & optimization, the role will help accelerate early stage products, & drive future opportunities from ideation to fruition. This will be done using consumer & ecommerce data, leveraging advanced SQL methods & close partnerships across other teams like product & marketing.
