As an SMB Sales Manager, Growth, you'll work directly with our VP of Sales to master our product, sales process, methodology, & internal tools - & then train & motivate SMB Account Executives to successfully educate customers & sell our platform to achieve monthly, quarterly, & annual goals. You'll need to work harder & be better than you ever have before. You'll need to dig deep & understand what strategies & initiatives need to be developed & invested in to be successful.
