No pressure, though - if you arent comfortable with coming in while COVID-19 plays out, you can still work where you work best. That said, while we do have our work where you work best philosophy, we legally have to care about what state you claim permanent residency in (its a tax thing).

ABOUT YOU

You have 5-8 years experience in talent acquisition with prior experience in recruiting for advertising or marketing firms. You MUST have proven experience recruiting for a variety of technology roles & be able to talk Tech.

You take on new opportunities & tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, & enthusiasm & have a can-do attitude. You can juggle many open roles at once & work with a variety of hiring managers with various needs.

You gain the confidence & trust of others through honesty, integrity, & authenticity. You can both work autonomously & be part of a team.
