About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join our growing licensed Seller Experience team in Phoenix/Atlanta/Dallas. This role combines elements of sales, customer service, negotiation, relationship management, & operations.
In this role you will work with all of our customers, both licensed agents representing clients who sell to us and/or buy from us & in other cases with our customers selling directly. In this role you will have a unique opportunity to have exposure into the entire operating process, in most cases starting out working with customers looking to sell to us & eventually moving to working with agents representing buyers looking to buy one of our houses.
Sellers, Buyers & Agents are in the midst of logistically complicated processes that can be both financially & emotionally challenging; our job is to simplify & bring certainty to them.
