Michael is the Founder of the Tech Recruiter Society, his own Web development and marketing company out of San Francisco, Become Noticed, Bay Area Software Engineers (BASE) group in San Francisco, and New York Software Engineers group just to name a few. He is also a Web developer specializing in HTML5, PHP, and database development.

Victoria has been in the IT Solution business for 17 years. She has worked for IT companies such as Gartner Group, Keane, Software Spectrum and was able go off on her own 10+ years ago.
