Your mission:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to work independently with all levels of staff developing budgets, forecasts, & monthly/quarterly reports, analyses & executive level presentations. You will be a key team member of the FP&A team responsible for companywide strategic planning, budgeting, & forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership roles, be proactive & problem-solving-oriented & can manage multiple tasks while adhering to & meeting deadlines. This role is fast-paced & will have a direct impact on the companys ability to accurately forecast & make key business decisions based on such forecasts.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Work hand in hand with CFO, Controller & Head of FP&A to analyze actual financial results vs budget/forecast & partner with business leaders on fast, reliable, & insightful decision support
  2. Establish close working relationships with business / functional leaders to develop an understanding of their issues & needs; act as a liaison between these business leaders & executive management to ensure attainment of business goals
  3. Manage the annual budgeting & periodic forecasting processes for resources & expenses for the entire organization
  4. Ensure planning cycle & reporting requirement deadlines are met by facilitating & coordinating efforts across multiple functions to gather required data
  5. Proactively identify, design & implement enhancements to existing planning, forecasting & reporting processes & systems
  6. Support accounting for monthly/quarterly close process; audit support; variance to budget analysis; central reporting & preparation of board materials.
  7. Direct & coach an effective & motivated team to deliver against accountabilities at a high standard.
  8. Support analysis for potential strategic M&A targets

What you should have:

  • Experience with high growth, fast-paced businesses
  • FP&A leadership experience, preferably in FinTech
  • Prior experience in managing operating expenses for business unit
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Proven ability to influence across functions & levels
  • Strong accounting & systems knowledge
  • Technology finance experience preferred
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
