We're looking for exceptional individuals to join our Customer Success team. As a member of the team, you will proactively build & maintain relationships with existing investor services customers to understand their business needs & challenges ensuring they are getting value out of Carta products.
Our Customer Success team advises & guides our investor services customers, ensuring they use Carta successfully, adopt it widely & are continually driving business value from Carta. Using your experience, you will collaborate with the team, product, sales, marketing & support to drive account strategy, solve problems, & improve customer engagement & loyalty.
