What you'll do:
- Lead key collaborations, energy activities, events & partnership efforts across the organization, bringing creative ideas & marketing programs to execution & delivering concepts to consumers in support of our ambition awareness & growth objectives.
- Drive non-traditional thinking, activations, projects & partnerships ensuring the Warby Parker brand stays relevant, interesting & clever while continuing to expand its awareness to new audiences in new manners.
- Stay connected to the cultural landscape & constantly assess where & how we can weave Warby into it, reaching new audiences through unexpected partnerships, programs, & people
- Continuously work to optimize processes to ensure on-strategy programs (internally & externally) are executed on time, on budget
- Create, build & maintain strong, consistent relationships on behalf of the brand with key collaborators & potential partners across different industries & audiences, with an eye toward pushing the boundaries of where the brand belongs
- Serve as a constant source of creative ideas, tapping into culturally salient moments & identifying tastemakers that reflect our brand pillars & values
- Contribute to the creation of a long-term strategic marketing framework for the brand with a vision to evolve the company, establish tangible business & brand objectives & monitor results
- Act as brand lead for cross-departmental partners, helping to support partner's priorities
- Be a keeper of the brand & constantly work to clarify, articulate, & execute creative marketing programs that embody Warby Parkers unique qualities
Who you are:
- Backed by 10+ years of experience in multidisciplinary progressive creative marketing, with influential outcomes
- Someone with a track record of ideating & executing clever, non-traditional partnerships, pushing boundaries left & right to articulate a brand vision in exciting & non-traditional ways
- Experienced in production, event management, & cross-functional collaboration, with super-high standards & a focus on efficiency (were talking: budgets, timelines, processes, & the like)
- Able to develop influential & collaborative relationships across teams & functions, articulating your vision that inspires colleagues & customers alike
- Equipped with effective project management & communication skills; you hold high standards for operational excellence: budgets, calendars, timelines, & efficiencies
- Fluent in contemporary culture, with impeccable taste & a keen understanding of what drives & inspires customers today
- A curious, ultra-creative, & strategic thinker whos excited by the opportunity to build unique partnerships & bring unexpected products, projects, & experiences to our customers
