Job Summary

INTURN is looking for an Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO & COO. You will prioritize & own the CEOs calendar, initiate communication on his behalf, & book & coordinate travel. You will also assist in managing the COOs email inbox, scheduling meetings, & handling expense reimbursements. The ideal candidate is someone who can anticipate what needs to get done, is highly detail oriented, solutions-oriented, & flexible.


  • Organize & maintain complex calendars
  • Schedule meetings, events, & appointments
  • Perform office & administrative duties to assist executive management
  • Prioritize & coordinate executive communications
  • Reconcile business expenses & expense reports
  • Manage & book travel
  • Take on special projects as requested

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to self-motivate & prioritize
  • Experience managing confidential & sensitive information
