As a Business Development Specialist at Dataiku, you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Teams to identify target prospects & customers through a variety of online research methods. You will perform analysis of inbound & outbound prospects' business & engage with these prospects by phone and/or email.
The purpose of this outreach is to set up introductory calls with target influencers & decision makers. In turn, your job is to make sure a majority of these calls become qualified opportunities for Dataiku Account Executives.
In order to do this job well, the Business Development Specialist must be analytical, metrics driven, & able to identify business challenges & articulate the Dataiku value proposition to prospects. Professional judgment that allows you to carry conversation with C-Level & VP level executives at Fortune 500 companies is also a must.
