Responsibilities:

• Deliver a customer experience people will be talking about for generations
• Be the face of the company & a brand ambassador
• Develop relationships with customers via email, phone, live-chat, social media, & any other customer-facing channels
• Use your creativity, passion & personality to connect with the customer, meet their needs, & find solutions
• Obtain & evaluate relevant information to handle inquiries & complaints
• Identify opportunities for improvements to the customer experience & recommend solutions
• Recognize, document & report on trends
• Drives sales, work actively to increase customer retention & achieve operational metrics

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelors Degree or experience working in a startup environment
• Customer focused, empathetic & a terrific listener
• Able to tailor your words to different customers, & make them all smile & laugh
• Excited to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional relationship builder
• "Thick skinned" & able to navigate difficult conversations & personalities with customers
• A pillar of self-awareness
• Amazing interpersonal & conversational skills including effective listening
• Excellent writing skills with great attention to detail
