Job Description
  • Recommend & drive a customer success marketing strategy in line with business objectives
  • Build a global customer advocacy program to scale the value our customers can add to sales & marketing (accelerate pipeline, increase renewals, etc)
  • Drive customer engagement to the next level by recognizing our top customers, highlighting their success & providing them a stage to showcase their success
  • Work closely with regional marketing & customer success to execute on customer advocacy initiatives
  • Increase product adoption by helping customers access information seamlessly & increase inter-community engagement.
  • Set customer engagement KPIs & measure achievement of goals
  • Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level
  • Function: Customer Service, Marketing
Qualifications
  • Track record in cross-functional project management
  • Experience in software industry/IT
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Smart, proactive & autonomous
  • Thinking outside the box, creative mindset
  • Willing to work with a dynamic & international team
  • Native English speaker mandatory
  • Management education (Bachelor or Master)
