Manager, Product Management 

Position: Individual with excellent communication skills & understanding of market & usage of Appians software, compared to competitors, to define vision of next generation Appian features & functionalities by collaborating with & presenting ideas & features to stakeholders (design sessions, mockups, UX review, & usability testing) & customers to ensure successful delivery of features. Participate in go-to-market activities. Work as an individual contributor on team & manage 2-4 other product managers, managing team's short-term backlog through planning, backlog grooming, working with developers & fellow product managers. Coach & mentor product managers on balancing functional & non-functional enhancements & system improvements.

Requirements: Masters in CS/Eng/Eng. Mgmt. or related or in lieu of the employer will accept Bachelors in CS/Eng/Eng. Mgmt. or related + 5 years of experience in product management.
