Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, the Senior Compensation & Equity Analyst will join CLEARs Total Rewards team to support the administration & management of CLEARs compensation program. You will be a key player in the day-to-day business operations by making recommendations on job offers, conducting salary analysis using market data & internal evaluations. Additionally, this person will provide support & guidance to the People team while overseeing strategic projects & compensation programs.
What You Will Do:
- Assist the Head of Total Rewards in the development, communication & maintenance of company-wide compensation plans, policies & procedures
- Partner with the People team to ensure compensation offers & practices are in line with CLEARs compensation philosophy
- Oversee CLEARs equity program & update monthly reporting as well as distribution of monthly grants
- Partner with Finance & Legal teams to ensure adherence to the equity program
- Provide support in administering & maintaining customized compensation programs including identifying design & process improvements & automation opportunities, developing enhanced compensation administration processes, leveraging new technology as feasible & appropriate, potentially including HRIS & compensation management system implementations
- Partner with the Head of HR Operations to evaluate & analyze salary data & provide detailed reports on competitive analysis
- Assist with annual compensation structure review & creation which includes communicating & training the organization
- Provide analysis for quarterly/annual incentive plan budgets & reviewing company wide annual bonus plan, partnering with the Finance team for bonus accrual
- Participate in compensation surveys to collect & analyze competitive salary information to determine CLEARs competitive pay position. Also, participate in informal peer surveys as needed
- Assist in preparation of various Compensation Committee & Board Meetings
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, & local laws & regulations governing compensation
- Complete various monthly, quarterly & annual Department of Labor surveys/filings as needed
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in broad based or executive compensation preferred
- Ability to work under pressure & manage multiple projects & deadlines
- Ability to present & organize information for Senior Leadership & CLEARs Board of Directors
- Demonstrated experience in multiple areas of compensation including job matching, market pricing, incentive compensation, equity operations & administration, job architecture, etc.
- Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills with the ability to effectively envision & develop repeatable models
- Strong organizational, analytical, & reporting skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
