Overall Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO), the Manager, Customer Analytics will lead a team of Data Analysts to deliver data-driven customer insights & recommendations across our customers & internally, as well as create data-driven industry thought leadership. In this role, you will provide leadership for & drive optimization within our Analytics function.
