About Koodoo

We are on a mission to build the digital infrastructure for the mortgage industry. Koodoo's product

Launched in 2019, the Koodoo platform provides mortgage comparison services to the UKs leading comparison & personal finance sites including Compare The Market,, ClearScore & The Times. Our white-label mortgage journeys & API integrations with leading lenders & brokers help hundreds of thousands of consumers find the perfect mortgage for them each month online. We are now extending the platform to provide a full digital origination service to our partners. Leading lenders & investors will use the platform to reach millions of UK borrowers online, bringing them an outstanding digital-first customer experience & new, more flexible mortgage products needed by todays homeowners. Our origination service is going live with our first lending partners in H1 2022.


About the role

Koodoo is going through an exciting phase of growth & we are looking for someone who can lead on the acquisition of the next generation of passionate Koodoods.  The roles we are hiring for span all areas of the company across product, tech & operations.


You will report into our Head of Delivery & spend time understanding the company plans to pull together a hiring strategy as well as delivering on our current critical hirers

Day to Day 

  • Youll be working with the leadership team & hiring managers to understand our growth & role requirements
  • Using a range of tools, & your network, to source & progress candidates 
  • Own our pre & onboarding experience, as well as enhancing our employee brand & experience 
  • Work to maintain our people retention rate & make recommendations for improvements to ensure we can get the best from our people 
  • Own the day-day relationship with Blenheim Chalcot India (BCI) & any other key partners
  • Ensure we maintain a diverse & inclusive team as we grow



  • Confident hiring for roles across all aspects of the business 
  • Creative approaches to how we attract candidates & experience of building relationships with communities that enable you to build & maintain a candidate pipeline
