We are seeking a Small Business Core Product Analyst that is self-motivated, highly collaborative, & enjoys working in a complex environment. The team member is responsible for supporting Visa Small Business Core Products including credit, debit, & prepaid. In addition, the role will focus on review & management of core benefits (insurance & travel & lifestyle) & product feature/functionality. Lastly, the team member works closely with various account executives, regional teams, or clients to support both existing & new programs.
Support Visa Small Business Core products (Credit, Debit, Prepaid), sub-products (Infinite, Signature, Platinum, etc.) & ancillary features
Leverage Visa's data with the support of the Analytics team to identify trends in small business spending patterns & devise recommendations
Support account executives & regional client delivery/product delivery teams to leverage customer interactions to identify new & enhanced products & services
Develop an expertise in all Visa Small Business products to demonstrate industry leadership across small business products (including market-driven knowledge)
- Must Graduate with an Master's degree betweenMay 2019 - December 2019to be considered
- Must have GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent scale)
A marketing/business major preferred with some experience in banking/credit cards
Ability to understand & learn about Small Business & Commercial payment trends, digital payment solutions & competitive landscape
Ability to structure, manage, & coordinate complex cross-functional teams including technical & non-technical resources
Strong results-oriented leader; analytic & fact-based consultative discipline
Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, & flexible, with presentation skills, including strong oral & writing capabilities
Ability to work with leading industry partners & negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcome
Able to work independently
