The Deal Desk Coordinator will be part of the Growth Strategy & Operations team & perform a blend of long-term projects & daily operational activities. This person will be charged with contributing to projects & running analyses to drive top-line growth & provide insight to drive efficiency & production from our Strategic Growth team. This includes opportunities to collaborate on specific projects.
You will be instrumental in designing our deal desk team, by providing a new internal support system & enforcing its governance model. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a highly entrepreneurial & collaborative environment, & will be comfortable working & communicating with multiple business & technical teams.

- Configure contracts for new agents eager to join Compass
- Executing our world class support model for the Strategic Growth Team
- Be our subject matter expert & internal champion for contract automation processes & software tools
- Make strategic recommendations to improve the quality & profitability of deals without sacrificing growth
- Collaborate on additional cross functional projects that accelerate growth
What Were Looking For:

- 0-1 years of experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, & manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal & written skills
- Strong analytics & proficiency in Excel
- Ability & appetite to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

- Experience using Salesforce and/or contract automation software a plus
