What you'll be doing:
- Reception: Greet, assist & direct guests/clients/candidates who come in.
- Answer the phone & validate unscheduled visitors by verifying with their point of contact
- Respond to guest & employee inquiries
- Guest registration within the building portal
- Scheduling - Assist with conference room requests for client or internal meetings/interviews & calls
- Assist with coordination of catering order deliveries & set up
- Handle all incoming & outgoing mail - log everything that comes in & notify recipients. Keep mailroom clean, organized & secured.
- Create shipping labels upon request
- Help Ops team & C-level personnel with various admin tasks when needed - filing, credit card reconciliation, printing, etc..
- This position is based out of our Hudson Yards office, but will occasionally be in our Long Island City office
