Plaid's Partner Account Manager role is instrumental in driving the success of Plaid's strategic go-to-market Partners. Partner Account Managers are responsible for the overall growth of a portfolio of Plaid's strategic platform partners, many of which are top names in the Fintech industry.

This person will own the relationship with senior leaders at Plaid's top existing partners & high-potential revenue-generating Partners, will collaborate with Partner's go-to-market teams on joint marketing & sales activities to drive sustainable joint revenue growth, & will lead cross-functional account operations & project management activities, internally & externally. Activities will include joint business planning, driving joint marketing activities, monitoring & managing joint sales activity, & project managing the onboarding & enablement of new partners. 

This person will work closely with the Partner Management Lead, peers in the Partnerships team, & internal cross-functional team members to build & develop a highly scalable playbook & program that prioritizes joint business growth. 

Successful candidates in this role have a blend of commercial skills, general business aptitude, & a track record driving complex cross-functional workstreams. Past experience in tech partnerships, business development, other strategic commercial roles, and/or top-tier consulting/finance roles make for a good team fit.
