Box has grown year over year & are continuing to add to our determined & energetic sales team. Our Sales teams work to evangelize Box & uncover pivotal new accounts. Our teams have a creative, entrepreneurial spirit & offer room to grow & learn from highly successful salespeople in the tech industry. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for our customers & demonstrate high levels of professionalism & Box product knowledge. You will be qualifying inbound leads, routing them to Account Executives, & tracking various data points that will help optimize our sales efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in software sales. You will be working in a fast-paced environment & interfacing with all levels of buyers, including senior executives. You will learn how to understand a lead's needs & effectively communicate how Box will meet them by leveraging our key product offerings like Governance, KeySafe, Platform, & Zones.
WHY THE TEAM NEEDS YOU
The SDR team handles all inbound sales leads at Box. Yes, all of them. That's why we need you to join the team to field & route all of these leads to the appropriate Account Executives.
You will also be responsible for landing net new small business accounts & expanding existing small business customer accounts. A unique aspect to this role includes establishing relationships with decision makers, assessing customer needs, & managing the entire sales cycles to close.
This team is a collaborative group & each person brings a new perspective to our sales strategy. We need you to provide a creative outlook & spark new ideas from your unique skill set to increase the team's efficiency & output.

You have a desire to address pain points & transform organizations through our product. You will use these skills to make a positive first impression on all potential customers you interact with. Your engaging communication skills will help you connect with customers, pitch Box's value, & fill our sales pipeline with qualified leads.
