Your Mission As a Software Engineer in Test at Improbable, you will be evangelising the culture of quality & automation in our development & release management cycles together with internal & external stakeholders. This includes building tools that assess & improve the overall quality of software products & services that we build at Improbable. Your focus is ensuring that we release robust software to our customers. You accomplish this in a scalable manner, by enabling other developers at Improbable to develop efficiently, yet without compromising quality.
You will work closely with our engineering teams, to coach & implement best-practices. You will take a hands-on approach to building better products, tools & workflows for the development teams. Your team accomplishes this through the implementation & integration of test frameworks, automation & repeatable processes, including but not limited to continuous integration & delivery alongside a high reliability of service.
Your contributions both to software & processes is intended to set up a robust foundation for the rest of Improbable to continue to build upon. Our customers will directly benefit from the increased reliability & quality of our platform & their ability to iterate & ship their games with confidence rests upon the output of what you develop.
