The Senior Manager of Product Marketing will be instrumental in leading the positioning of our digital product to the end-user. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can understand technical product features & translate into compelling stories that attract, engage, & activate audiences. You will be a player-coach, owning the end-user tribe, plus mentoring & leading a team responsible for other product tribes. We are seeking a unique person that blends creativity with an analytical mindset, with exceptional project management & cross-functional communication skills.
ASenior Manager of Product Marketingat Gympass is responsible for:
- Own go-to-market launch planning to ensure successful, integrated launches for new product features, & company solutions to grow the business.
- Work with the Product team to translate the product & capabilities into customer value.
- Produce collateral with compelling narratives to engage & maximize the impact of our digital product benefits
- Communicate the value proposition & develop communication toolkits for the rest of the marketing & CX teams.
- Operate as a trusted advisor to Product Development, Growth, & Community, establishing a continuous feedback loop to influence the product development roadmap for clients.
- Perform competitive research to understand the market trends & landscape in order to define key use cases for new product feature releases
- Be the liaison between UX research & the rest of the marketing team to communicate consumer insights, & feedback on types of research needed
