What We Need

The Sales Director will be responsible for identifying, qualifying & selling prospects on the value of Yieldmo. In this role you will be responsible for supporting new & existing agency holding company accounts, creating an actionable plan of execution for account prioritization, & selling Yieldmos full suite of programmatic & managed service solutions.  

Responsibilities

  • Understand & effectively communicate Yieldmos value proposition, technology processes, & emerging products
  • 6-12 years experience in digital advertising sales & CTV to brand advertisers & agency leaders
  • Extensive experience selling into global strategic accounts
  • Effectively forecast monthly & quarterly sales
  • Actively identify & pursue new client partnerships
  • Lead performance vertical efforts including prospecting, packaging & product feedback, driving new revenue in targeted marketplace & identifying expansion opportunities with current vertical clients
  • Develop advertiser & agency contacts & cultivate relationships at all levels to influence buying decisions
  • Develop & manage comprehensive managed service & automated programs for new & existing client base, closely monitoring performance to deliver positive outcomes
  • Close collaboration with other teams, such as Business Development, Publisher Operations, Marketing, & Product
  • Work with Management & Customer Success to manage successful client deployments & ensure ongoing high client satisfaction, renewal, & deep penetration of customer organizations for incremental business

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Experience with DSPs, CRM & Google Suite
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to build relationships & rapport within & across teams
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
