Jackpocket is the first mobile lottery app in the U.S. that offers players a secure way to order official state lottery tickets, such as Powerball, Mega Millions, & more, via their smartphones. As Jackpockets IT Support Engineer, you will spearhead technical support for all corporate employees. You will work closely with all facets of the organization to ensure the technology our employees use every day is functional, reliable, & secure. This includes everything from the laptops we deploy to assisting with the support of the physical office networks, security, collaboration systems & A/V. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual with a focus on customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for consistent growth at a rapidly growing company.


  • Serve as the first point of contact for all helpdesk requests & triage as necessary
  • Provide desktop & SaaS application support to Jackpocket employees
  • Support & maintain all employee-related IT services & equipment
  • Be responsible for hardware configuration & system access
  • Create new hire accounts & assist with computer configurations
  • Conduct new employee onboarding orientations
  • Assist with the hardware inventory at assigned office locations
  • Write technical documentation to aid employees
  • Participate in team projects & meetings & collaborate effectively


  • 2+ years in a Helpdesk or IT Support environment
  • Experienced in MacOS/Windows administration with knowledge of the operating systems & automated software installation
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace & comfort working with various cloud SaaS applications
  • Knowledge of automation solutions such as Jamf, Okta, Intune, or other MDM solutions
  • Experience with various SaaS platforms & administration tools (Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc)
  • Experience working with an enterprise-level ticketing system such as Zendesk & ability to manage queues effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, & outstanding customer service proficiency
  • Willingness & ability to travel as needed & participate in office build-out projects
