You will have a deep understanding & passion for knowing enterprise brands business, advertising technology, marketing data & connected data trends. You must have experience effectively collaborating with various marketing, sales & product teams to jointly develop Go-To-Market (GTM) & promotion plans, bringing programs to life & driving results. Excellent strategic thinking & communication skills, as well as excitement for results-driven approaches & comfort with ambiguity are critical.

Primary Responsibilities

Marketing vision & strategy

  • Participate in a pragmatic marketing strategy focused on branding & lead generation with a view to business development
  • Develop detailed GTM campaign plans & program/project briefs (including goals, messaging, call to action, content, target personas & distribution channels)
  • Define the relevant KPIs upstream in terms of campaign acquisition & transformation, set up dashboards
  • Guarantee the consistency of all marketing materials on the different channels
  • Ensure visibility into the plan & report out on progress on a regular cadence
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders about progress, deliverables, roadblocks & results

Campaign deployment / Generation of qualified leads

  • Design & launch & coordinate acquisition campaigns
  • CRM management: Guarantee the quality & supply of the customer / prospect base via internal & external collection sources, optimize the segmentation & targeting of the base via CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Ensure the animation & operation of the website & social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Organize events (trade fairs, conferences, client events, etc.), speak to the press
  • Produce & deploy email campaigns

Management & internal interface & market

  • Manage & supervise agencies & service providers (PR, CM, design, SEO etc ...)
  • Identify the key internal interlocutors in the market with a view to partnerships & long-term collaboration


  • Advanced training in marketing & communication, with a solid track record in 360 marketing/branding
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B with an emblematic player in ad-tech, data software solutions, or other digital marketing technologies in a fast-growing environment
  • Bilingual language skillset: Japanese & English 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives at both a strategic planning & tactical executional level
  • Proven experience managing priorities & working closely with internal stakeholders across a number of departments
  • Track record of success in developing holistic marketing plans, & coordinating pre-launch & post-launch activities
  • Strong background in demand generation best practices, including audience targeting, segmentation, measurement, lead lifecycle & nurture
  • Exceptional project management skills & attention to detail
  • Agency management experience
  • Familiarity with working with a U.S.-based marketing team & strong capability to localize for JP market needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer sensitivity, & a talent for being a "problem solver"
  • Excellent writing & communication skills, with a strong eye towards detail
  • Good understanding of data-related issues & strong interest in the business
  • Ability to understand & quickly learn technical concepts

  • A talent of "public speaker" would be a plus but is not mandatory
