Who you are
You are a super communicator, both written & verbal, & enjoy working with people. You're a natural collaborator & work well with cross-functional teams & creatives, understanding how to balance multiple objectives to foster effective & collaborative partnerships. You have an analytical mindset & can make clear connections between vision & action. You have a keen attention to detail & are adept at communicating clear responsibilities & process for monitoring work & measuring results.
You have a proven track record of success & 2+ years working with a brand team or marketing organization, preferably in e-commerce or on the agency side. You have multi-channel experience, including but not limited to digital, print, activations & production. We'd be super impressed if you have development, graphic design, or analytics experience. Most of all, you are super energized to work for a pretty awesome brand that's changing the game in the alcohol industry.
What the role is
In this Associate Brand Manager role, you will be an integral part of the Brand & Marketing team, supporting the Brand Manager in executing high-volume, cross-channel creative. This is a critical role in bringing Drizly's brand to life & helping to drive growth.
You'll be responsible for the successful coordination & executory management of partnerships, content & programs designed to make Drizly customers' good times even better. You will work closely with the creatives on the Brand team & manage projects against some of Drizly's biggest priorities by teaming up with our CRM, Category Management, Acquisition, & Strategic Partnerships teams.
