We are seeking a talented leader for Citi Bike marketing with big ideas & a track record of delivering marketing results. As Citi Bike expands, its popularity continues to surge. The system has broken its own ridership records year over year & with recent integration into the core Lyft app is accelerating even more, setting new ridership records in May.
If you are a results-oriented leader who is seeking a mission-driven organization thats having a real impact on health, transportation, & the environment, we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for increasing ridership, including new member acquisitions, member retention & casual pass sales. You will oversee a passionate team of marketers focused 100% on Citi Bike growth. You will be supported by a corporate team that will provide creative services, business intelligence, & product development.

Experience & Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in a digital marketing-type role
- Previous experience with subscription-based business models
- Experience managing a team of marketing professionals
- Understanding of paid media including SEO & search advertising
- Outstanding leadership, communication, presentation, & analytical skills
- Experience in a startup environment preferred
