About the role:
As a key member of Oscars Medicare Advantage (MA) Team, you will support market performance strategy & execution/deployment for non-clinical operations across our MA Markets. Responsible for establishing & maintaining working relationships with internal stakeholders & external provider partners to help drive product & marketing/sales strategy as well as non-clinical operations around quality, risk adjustment, STARs, & CAHPS.
Develop & maintain dashboards to share with provider partners during monthly joint operating committee meetings
Execute against non-clinical program initiatives to drive improvement across MA business metrics (growth, stars, risk adjustment)
Triage, track & see through to resolution escalated issues surfaced by internal stakeholders & external provider partners
Support market based AEP readiness activities, including identifying & operationalizing provider marketing activities
Experience with marketing/sales strategy, STARs/quality improvement efforts, and/or healthcare operations in an integrated delivery system and/or clinically integrated network
Experience working with Medicare Advantage rules & guidelines, products, marketing & sales tactics, provider networks, non-clinical health plan operations, & local market intelligence
