The Client Success team at Degreed exists to cultivate curiosity, capability & commitment with our clients to recognize & grow expertise in their people. We are looking for a Director, Client Success - Strategic Accounts to join our Client Success (CS) leadership team. In this role, you will coach, lead, manage, & empower our team of Client Success Directors who are responsible for building strong relationships with our most strategic clients to drive product adoption, identify growth opportunities, deliver on positive business outcomes & the retention of our clients.
You will work to understand the Client Success Directors' role, measures of success, & processes & help to remove roadblocks & create efficiencies within the broader client success organization. You will be expected to regularly interact with your team & Degreed clients to understand trending challenges & opportunities as you look to continually improve the overall client experience. Our ideal candidate will have strong self-directed work habits & exhibit initiative, drive, creativity, self-assurance & professionalism.
This role will report to the Senior Director, Client Success, & can be located remotely anywhere in the US.
