Position Summary

The Personal Shopping Stylist is responsible for image consulting, curating personal style, & consistently providing a superior level of service. Through passionate fashion expertise Stylists are responsible for increasing customer conversion & retention, driving business revenue, introducing new customers to MO, & creating brand loyalty.

What You'll Do

Consult with clients & prospects regarding fashion trends & their individual needs

Drive tangible revenue & intangible revenue through customer acquisition, retention, growth & satisfaction

Provide white glove, high touch service

Construct clear & accessible lines of communication for current & prospective clients

Optimize the customer experience through personalized, premium, high-touch service

Establish strong personal relationships with clients to encourage customer loyalty & increase sales, meeting & exceeding sales goals

Build spend levels of existing client base to VIP level

Maintain base of global contacts & comprehensive knowledge of industry leaders

Recognize & avert probability of lapsed customers via outstanding service & consistent communication

Collaborate with Director of Sales & CRM to devise & implement effective customer outreach methods to engage potential clients & reconnect with lapsed customers

Respond to customer queries & needs effectively & efficiently, acting with urgency to deliver results

Execute loyalty program benefits to qualified clients; devise ways to surprise & delight clientele

Ensure product arrival notification emails sent, special orders processed & team workload is met

Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the level of service provided & consistently exceed customer expectations

Collaborate with Customer Care, ensure that every team member adopts a customer-centric approach

Act as a business owner, mentor to junior team members, & positive brand advocate

Who You Are

You have experience as a Personal Stylist, fashion concierge or retail associate in fashion & luxury goods retail with an established clientele required

Superior market, product & brand awareness, & exceptional ability to match to customers needs

Industry Experience:

Luxury: past experience within luxury product & a keen understanding of luxury client attributes, needs & expectations

Customer Service: past experience and/or demonstrated appreciation & understanding of the importance of customer care as a function of the business

Sales: meeting and/or exceeding revenue expectations

Specific Skill Requirements:

Excellent English verbal & written communication skills

Written & spoken fluency in at least one other foreign language advantageous

Educational Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferred
