Blockstack is known for its world class talent & now looking to expand its recruitment team as we enter a new phase of growth. We're seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to help identify & attract best-in-class talent. This role is ideal for an empathetic, highly motivated individual with experience in building & scaling an efficient hiring process while driving full-cycle recruitment for a broad spectrum of roles, including niche technical talent.This role will report to the Head of Legal & Operations. 

What You'll Do:
 Evaluate & update our current process to ensure a scalable, diverse, thoughtful experience for both hiring managers & candidates
 Own full-cycle recruiting functions at Blockstack, creating a healthy pipeline of inbound, sourced, & referred leads for the highest quality talent
 Cultivate Blockstack's employer brand
 Hands-on recruit (source & screen) for a number of roles simultaneously
 Leverage & manage outside recruiting resources as appropriate
 Develop internal training as needed to ensure the team is equipped to evaluate & bring in world class talent

What We're Looking For:
 Experience building diverse, healthy, talented, top-tier organizations
 You have worked in-house at a quickly growing tech company with demonstrated  history of improving the speed & quality of recruiting
 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, ideally with exposure to, or focus, on technical recruiting
 Experience designing & successfully implemented internal interview training
 Experience leading employer-branding initiatives
 A relationship builder who's comfortable working with multiple stakeholders & connecting with a diverse range of talent
 Empathetic & effective communicator
 Highly adaptable, responding well to changes & calibrations

A bonus if you have:
 Experience working with highly technical products
 Experience working with & hiring for globally distributed teams
