Job Description
It is the Customer Success Account Manager's responsibility to drive customer adoption of Anomali solutions. Customer success is achieved by driving initiatives designed to add business value, dissemination of best practices, fulfilling a trusted advisor role, education of product capabilities & engaging in other professional services as necessary. He/she provides guidance/direction to customers on how to best get value from Anomali products.  He/she should possess strong application functional expertise as well as strong sales expertise. He/she will maintain frequent voice & email contact with the assigned customers & will serve as an escalation point for issues that impacts their success. He/she will be required to maintain strong working relationships with other Anomali customer facing personnel in the Sales, Services, Marketing, Engineering & Product Management teams. 
 
Responsibilities
o Acquire complete command of Anomali products (ThreatStream, Anomali Enterprise, Anomali Link, etc)
o Understand customer requirements; design & implement appropriate Anomali solutions
o Work with the customers to ensure they are leveraging the solution & achieving success
o Work directly with customer to create & develop a project plan lifecycle & manage project from start to finish
o Understand customer level of adoption of the Anomali products/services by performing Customer Success Evaluations
o Serve as a coach & trusted advisor to large & strategic Anomali customers
o Support large & strategic customer pre-sales activities
o Conduct End-User Workshops
o Derive & disseminate best practices to help drive customer adoption of Anomali products & services
o Participate in reports & presentations to all levels across the organization
o Best practices development & implementation support
o Provide product feedback to product management based on field experiences
o Integrate Anomali with 3rd-Party security applications (Elastic, ArcSight, Splunk, QRadar, Nitro, etc.)
 
Required Skills/Experience
o B.S. or B.A. College Degree or equivalent experience
o Strong project management skills
o Strong presentation skills & credibility with C-level executives
o Strong verbal & written communication skills
o Strong technical background & ability to speak to engineers, developers & end users
o Knowledge of enterprise level businesses & inner IT workings
o Managed Security Services operations & industry best practices
o General security consulting a plus
 
We are interested in speaking to candidates that have been working in account management, sales engineering or consulting for at least 5 years, & have developed a proficiency or subject matter expertise in designing, implementing, consulting security enterprise class software.  This would include hands-on with firewalls, IDS/IPS, & SIEM. Experience in general Security Consulting & familiarity with Managed Security Services a plus.
 
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2016, Mac OS X, Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, Fedora, Ubuntu or Debian); Building, using & maintaining virtual machines, TCP/IP Networking (including troubleshooting)
 
Travel:
Predominately EMEIA, 25% Travel
Travel may include but not limited to: customer locations, local user groups, user conferences events, corporate events as required.
