The Sports & Entertainment Partnerships Manager is responsible for the growth & development of new & existing sports team & venue partnerships. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sports & Entertainment Partnerships, the Partnerships Manager will create, own & develop meaningful relationships to deliver significant value for CLEAR & CLEAR members.
What you'll do:
- Cultivate & own relationships with sports team & venue partners to maximize CLEARs investment
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders across Operations, Creative & Marketing, Product Partnerships & Integrations, Public Affairs, & more to activate & drive success of partnership
- Create & manage reporting to track & analyze partner assets & KPIs, disseminating information to appropriate internal & external stakeholders
- Lead renewal negotiations with respective sports team & venue partners, liaising with internal stakeholders as necessary
- Travel to partner venues & events as needed to launch new partnerships & manage relationships
- Monitor relevant industry trends & maintain a high level of knowledge of all CLEAR products & initiatives

The base salary range for this role is $72,500-92,500, depending on levels of skills & experience.
The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
