THE POSITION

FanDuel is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to project manage creative work throughout the organization. This includes working with various marketing, legal & commercial team members to help develop & interpret creative briefs, assign resources, develop & monitor project plans, & ensure on time deliveries. The Creative Operations Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with outside agencies & facilitating workflow through those partners.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Manage workload of creative team members to ensure that projects are being appropriately distributed across all assigned brands & projects, ensuring delivery on time & on budget
  • Facilitate creative approval from marketing stakeholders
  • Ensure creative requests are fully assessed & complete by marketing stakeholders, identifying gaps in strategy
  • Facilitate brainstorms about creative strategies
  • Assess & report project risks to creative operations management
  • Collaborate with legal to ensure compliance in our highly regulated environment
  • Oversee submission of all invoices for payment & coordinate with the Finance Department to set up new vendors & process invoices
  • Manage medium to large creative projects from brief to delivery
  • Mentor and/or manage junior members of the team

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 5+ years of project management experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines & deployment of creative in a robust business required
  • Proficient in managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast paced landscape while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana required
  • Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus
