THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it 

FanDuel is looking for a Casino Operations Manager to support our FOX Bet & PokerStars brands. This individual will help provide the best suite of casino games & product for our customers. Youd be responsible for managing all casino games, optimizing the casino lobby & execute all game releases. This role will be responsible to drive iGaming KPIs & providing competitor reviews to suggest a better experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to help define the direction of our iGaming business. 

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Daily review of casino games to make sure our iGaming operations are running best in class
  • Manage & Optimize iGaming lobby & bet configurations to drive higher KPIs
  • Build relationship with casino vendors & game suppliers to understand what games we should offer our customers
  • Execute the launch of casino games on a regular basis & assist in delivering new game integrations with the product team
  • Help build & define synergies between poker & casino customers to drive higher brand loyalty
  • Help build ecosystem between social gaming & real money gaming
  • Review competitors to see missing opportunities for our brands
  • Provide weekly updates to iGaming stakeholders
  • Manage & publish content on our own digital platforms. This includes regular monitoring & auditing of our platform content to ensure team KPIs on accuracy & precision are met, or exceeded
  • Continually auditing customer journeys to ensure there is as little friction as possible
  • Work with the Customer Service Agents & the wider teams outside of marketing to ensure all marketing activities & requests are understood
  • Contribute to improving the quality & efficiency of internal Digital Operations processes by finding efficiency gains & reviewing & refining recurring processes
  • Work with the Product Development team to ensure customers needs are being met by existing & new products
  • Opportunity to manage & mentor junior members of the team

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate 

  • 5+ years of content management or iGaming experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of metrics in order to optimize our business
  • Strong iGaming knowledge & interest
  • Previous casino experience is preferred
  • Excellent at excel, pivot tables, reporting & analysis
  • Previous poker experience is a plus
  • Email marketing experience is a plus
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organization skills
  • Methodical planner & self-starter
  • Creative thinker & problem solver
  • Ability to build & maintain strong internal relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure & on own initiative
  • Ability to effectively prioritize
  • Basic to intermediate HTML skills
  • Adobe PhotoShop skills desired, but not necessary
  • Willing to work nontraditional hours, including weekends & evening shifts
