In partnership with the Chief People Officer (CPO) of Fanatics, the SVP HR Total Rewards will bring alignment of Human Resources (HR) programs & strategies to support the execution of Fanatics' mission, vision, & values, with a key focus on Total Rewards, including Compensation, Benefits, Payroll & HRIS. We are looking for a leader with strong analytical skills, a business mindset, the ability to quickly understand Fanatics' business model to design optimal total rewards programs aligned with our growth mindset, cultural values & business objectives.  As a thought leader & subject matter expert, you'll balance principles & pragmatism, bring agility to manage rapid change, not hesitate to roll up your sleeves when needed & drive positive change across the company through collaboration with stakeholders.
