The Strategic Program Director will lead the charge in building strategy & programs to support Newselas Strategic Accounts sales targets in the K-12 education market. You will work closely with our Chief Customer Success Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, VP of Sales, & Regional Sales Directors to build National Strategic Account strategy & programs that support pipeline growth. Drawing on your understanding of funding, state initiatives, demographics, standards of adoption, & the overall K-12 education landscape, you will work with our Marketing team to develop & manage Regional & National action plans that enable our Strategic Account Reps to achieve their quota. Youll also work closely with our Sales organization to refine our forecasting & reporting, focusing on accountability & enhancing our predictive sales models.

You have successfully designed a strategic blueprint for strategic accounts & executed cross-functional strategic sales programs on strategic/enterprise accounts, ideally within the SaaS & or EdTech sectors. You also have a strong ability to forecast sales throughout the sales process & achieve high accuracy of deal closer timing.
