Who we seek:

We are hiring a Sales Development Manager to join our team in London, UK. We are looking for a leader who is excited & eager to help us continue to build & grow the global SDR team.  We are looking for someone who has an upbeat attitude & the ability to keep the team feeling energized & motivated.

What youll do:

  • Provide directional leadership for a fast-growing team of SDRs.
  • Motivate the SDR team to exceed their goals of driving introductory meetings with our target prospects using a multi-channel, account based sales development approach.
  • Ensure training & direction for new & existing SDRs; set team goals & hold team members accountable for goals
  • Report regularly on SDR activity & results to leadership.
  •  Consistently over achieve monthly & quarterly meeting, opportunity & pipeline targets for the SDR team
  • Lead through a strong analytical & metrics-driven focus
  • Consistently identify & review processes, performance & technology improvement opportunities - we are building & we need a builder to help!
  • Continue to build & strengthen your team through recruiting, hiring & development strategies
  • Provide an entrepreneurial spirit of growth & collaboration as you build & guide your team

What youll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in a SDR or sales role; experience working in B2B Software/SAAS space strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of SDR management experience, ideally in a high-tech start up environment.
  • Ability to influence & coach others
  • Proven experience achieving & pushing past goals & quotas
  • Proven ability to analyze & act on data to optimize processes & performance
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, & prioritization skills
  • Drive to succeed & a competitive spirit
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, & time management skills.
