WorkFusion is seeking a Director of Field Marketing to join our Global Marketing Organization. This individual will be responsible for defining & deploying a best-in-class field & event marketing strategy that is focused on prospect acquisition, pipeline generation, & customer retention for our enterprise business. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally with sales, business development, marketing & product teams to build & execute integrated marketing programs for new business & expanded business within our customer base.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven field marketing accomplishments, thrives on making data-driven decisions & has extensive knowledge of developing scalable programs that generate brand awareness, net new opportunities & acceleration/growth of existing pipeline.
Key functions will include execution of trade shows & events with cutting-edge activation tactics, budget development & tracking, & vendor sourcing & management. This position will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including Marketing, Sales & other departments, to ensure alignment of approach at all event
The role requires a strong understanding of event planning processes, campaign planning & tactical execution. You will coordinate & contribute to the planning & execution of company attendance at both external events & select internal events.
The successful candidate will have a proactive & self-directed approach to managing multiple projects, vision & creativity, strong analytical & problem-solving skills, excellent verbal & written communication skills, proven budget management capabilities, the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, & the ability to deal effectively with differing opinions & personalities at all levels within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
       Plan, organize & execute field marketing programs to generate new business leads, pipeline & existing account growth
       Plan & coordinate all aspects of company attendance at tradeshows & conferences of varying size & scale, from research & planning to logistics, execution & promotion.
       Assess participation value & scope at wide spectrum of global events, both technology-oriented & industry centric events particularly in banking, financial services & insurance.
       Plan & manage company-hosted events, including seminars, executive events, lunch & learns, thought-leadership events, client events, & product road-shows
       Develop & manage an annual events marketing budget
       Plan & manage company's annual user conference events including branding, agenda, sessions, speakers, sponsorship packages, as well as all aspects of event planning & execution.  Ensure maximum right mix of attendance at events.
       Understand the target markets & key GTM strategies, as well as sales cycle, pipeline stages, sales models, ABM strategies & incorporating this knowledge into event plans
       Partner with other marketing functions: ex: field marketing team, digital, product, & creative to support campaign & content planning objectives
       Oversee & mentor a team of direct reports who will partner with you to translate, build, & execute the marketing strategy by localizing events & programs
       Responsible for measuring & reporting on the effectiveness of all activities & events, including leads & other metrics. Prepare ROI evaluation of events
       Gather & track ROI, engagement analytics & feedback to consistently assess opportunities for improvement
       Coordinate the qualification, distribution & follow-up of new leads from events to the appropriate sales teams
       BA in business or related area of study
       8+ years of Field Marketing or similar experience, with the ability to influence & engage direct reports, indirect reports, & work collaboratively & successfully with peers & colleagues
      Demonstrated ability to manage & complete multiple global programs simultaneously with flawless execution
      Experience in B2B enterprise software and/or SaaS software a plus
      Ability to travel globally (approximately 20-30%) to support events & attend company or team offsite meetings
       Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including our global offices
       Understanding of Financial Services market preferable
