PagerDuty is looking for a Manager who is tech savvy & loves to have fun! We're looking for the right individual to lead a team of 8 - 10 Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) who represent the Commercial sales motion in our Enterprise accounts (>$2B). Our Commercial ISRs partner with PagerDuty's Enterprise Account Executives to execute territory strategies & maximize growth within key accounts & subsidiaries.
Our ideal candidate understands a team selling environment, is comfortable defining account strategies, & maintaining a monthly / quarterly sales cadence. Success requires that you possess a consultative approach to selling, know how to prioritize initiatives / campaigns, & and can partner with the extended Sales, Success, & Services team. You should also be comfortable running a live demo & leading a conversation with senior leadership within our customer accounts.
This is a demanding role in a growth environment -- as a member of the Commercial Sales leadership team, you will help set priorities, contribute to key initiatives, & collaborate with the broader PagerDuty organization. Your energy, leadership, & ability to recruit/develop a talented team of sales people will have a direct impact on the success of PagerDuty.
