What the role is
In this Consumer Technical Team Lead role, you will be an integral part of the engineering team, responsible for leading & growing a group of talented engineers, & be in the front lines of scaling our web application. By partnering closely with product managers, you will balance having your hands on the keyboard with leading design discussions for large projects & informing some of our largest decisions for your team. You will also recommend ways to improve our current technical processes & design your own technical processes that will result in a well-oiled machine of an engineering team. In this role, you'll be responsible for some of the most critical parts of Drizly's customer base like our web & app shopping experiences.
