What Youll Do:

Perform software engineering duties in a fast-moving, data-driven environment to improve search experience & performance for millions of users across millions of cars globally. Duties include: collaborate with engineers, designers, & data analysts to take an idea through the entire software development life cycle, including concept, technical design, implementation, testing, & measurement; implement full consumer facing features, integrate with key partners or technologies, & conduct A/B tests to help determine opportunities to improve function of technology; advocate for new technologies & methodologies; create & enhance new product offerings for car dealers to help their vehicles reach interested shoppers on the B2B Products team; write clean, well-tested, & efficient code; engage in the full software development lifecycle including conceptualizing, designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, monitoring & improving applications; participate in whiteboard sessions & design conversations on engineering the best solution to the challenges at hand, & collaborate in a cross-functional team with data analysts, product managers, & other engineers; & continuously learn & expand capabilities. 

Who You Are:

Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field & two (2) years of experience in each of the following: concurrency, multithreading, web applications, & event-driven architectures; HTML, CSS, JavaScript; & data structures.
