<P>Jason E. Klein is an experienced media CEO and builder of digital and traditional businesses who has led two successful turnarounds. He is founder and CEO of <A HREF="http://www.ongridventures.com/">On Grid Ventures LLC</A>,an advisory and investment firm in digital media, marketing, and information; a Managing Director at <A HREF="http://empiricalmedia.com/">Empirical Media</A>;a member of <A HREF="http://newyorkangels.com">New York Angels</A>; Board Member and Chair of External Relations for <A HREF="http://www.hbsalumniangels.com/article.html?aid=107">Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of Greater New York</A>; and a mentor at several NYC-area <A HREF="http://www.ongridventures.com/2013/04/28/entrepreneurs/">incubators</A>. Mr. Klein is on the advisory board for<A HREF="http://www.72lux.com/">72Lux</A>, the leading e-commerce solution for publishers. Mr. Klein was most recently President and CEO of <A HREF="http://www.nnnlp.com/">NNN</A>, the leading national network for local media, and Mr. Klein led its expansion from a focus on daily print newspapers to a full line provider of scalable, integrated marketing solutions encompassing web, mobile, and tablet formats; targeted hyperlocal and suburban properties; and Hispanic and other ethnic segments. NNN is a limited partnership of 25 of the largest U.S. local media companies including Tribune, Gannett, Hearst, Advance Newhouse, New York Times, and the Washington Post; and serves blue chip clients such as Procter & Gamble and IBM. Under Mr. Klein's leadership, NNN delivered record results and <A HREF="http://www.nytimes.com/2010/09/15/business/media/15adco.html">led in the use of media effectiveness metrics</A>.</P>
