EVENT DETAILS |
The NYC Chapter of the IGDA, in partnership with the NYU Game Center, is pleased to announce our next event, on January 23rd, 2014, at the Brooklyn campus of NYU Poly.
We've brought together some of the finest game engineers in NYC to give Pecha Kucha format lightning talks. If you're not familiar with Pecha Kucha presentations, they are very quick presentations of 20 slides that auto-advance every 20 seconds.
You can expect a diverse mix of topics at this event, with the overarching theme of coding for games. Whether you are an engineer, work with engineers, or just love games, you're going to love this format and the collection of presentations we've curated for you.
Here is a sneak peek at some of our presenters:
+ Jesse Freeman, Developer Evangelist, Microsoft
+ Alex Jarocha-Ernst, Programmer, Muse Games
+ Itay Keren, Founder, Untame Games
+ Tom Rassweiler, Director, R&D, Arkadium
+ Josh Welber, CTO, Large Animal Games
We still have a few presentation spots left. If you are interested, send your bio and topic idea to wade@largeanimal.com
