We are looking for a Tech Lead who will be focused on elevating the type of work we do & technology used, while partnering with internal & external teams to drive digital initiatives

  • Improve the quality of our work by better leveraging programming & technology
  • Oversight of creative technology staff (developers & UX)
  • Work closely with internal teams to guide the execution of interactive projects from an design, IA/UX, usability & dev perspective
  • Work closely with internal teams to continually optimize our interactive offerings, process & internal education
    • Run workshops, demos & lunch & learns
    • Build out tech offerings & quality of work being demonstrated
  • Present to both internal & external audiences to help educate, inspire & provide thought leadership on interactive technologies
  • Participate in internal/external meetings where interactive projects (or opportunities for those projects) are being discussed
  • Work closely with Director of IT to optimize office technology & demonstrate capabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of multiple technologies & solution types.
  • Proactively notify appropriate parties when additional resources are needed
  • Manage workflow of technical teams across projects comprised of Software developers, UI, QA, UX, architects, Creative & Project Managers
  • Manage & own relationships with external technology partners
  • Designing, scoping & architecting a variety of technical solutions
  • Owns & process all required tech documentation (post production test, unit tests, user acceptance tests, design specifications, functional requirements, user requirements, etc)
  • Developing strategies for clients
  • Ensures that team members follow proper process & manage code
  • Coordinated with necessary partners to ensures that sites & products are deployed effectively & correctly

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of healthcare marketing/agency experience
  • Experience in architecting systems
  • Experience in digital building sites, mobile apps/platforms & display advertising
  • Knowledge of CMS, Adobe CS, .Net, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Pragmatic, team player with excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to function productively under pressure
  • Creative, problem-solving skills
