The job

As a Marketing Response Representative you will help Justworks Demand Generation team generate sales qualified appointments. You will be responding & qualifying all inbound marketing leads through phone & e-mail & helping coordinate revenue opportunities for Account Executives. You will work closely with Demand Generation & Sales & respond to changing market conditions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a deep understanding our marketing & sales processes, systems & operational structure.

What you'll do

  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce & Pardot
  • Develop & foster relationships across Sales & Demand Generation teams
  • Support & give feedback to Demand Generation regarding channel performance
  • Build a reputation & network in the small business community
  • Become a trusted advisor to small businesses & help them navigate their HR choices
  • Understand the Justworks product inside & out & evangelize it in the small business world
  • Become an expert in the field of outsourced HR solutions
  • Gain an understanding of our demand channels
  • Work on ad-hoc demand generation projects

Who you are

  • 1-2 years professional experience; ideally in some type of lead generation capacity. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity
  • You are motivated & can hit the ground running in researching, managing, & qualifying prospects
  • You use independent discretion, judgment & intimate business knowledge to make decisions
  • You are adaptable & constantly looking for a better way to get the job done
  • You love to develop & foster relationships & enjoy interpersonal interactions
  • You can communicate clearly & concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics. You can break it down into simple terms people can understand
  • Youre an overachiever. You never quit, never take no for an answer, & ultimately succeed in everything you do
  • You can come up with creative solutions to any problems you face
